Your main responsibilities - Align job description and requirements with the clients - Source the best Tech talents in Latin America through internal and external Revelo recruitment tools - Screen the candidates according to role requirements - Explain Revelo recruitment model and prepare candidates for the upcoming interviews - Coordinate and follow-up candidates processes in order to keep them engaged - Present strong candidates to the clients - Make offers and negotiate contracts with candidates according to clients framework - Ensure an outstanding candidate experience from the sourcing until the onboarding at the clients You will a be great fit if: - You have a solid experience with Tech recruiting - You are able to deal with high volume of information and flexible deadlines - Your English is advanced to fluent - You have experience in 360-recruiting (hunting, sourcing, screening, staffing) - You are willing to work in a fast-pace growing Tech company - You love to solve problems and are not afraid with new challenges
