Your main responsibilities: Your job can be divided in 3 main objectives: Business Operations: As the leader of the team, you will be responsible for the performance of your unit and guarantee all the deliveries according to deadlines and quality standards. You will coordinate the daily operations and prioritize activities. You will check the correct application of our processes and build the relevant KPIs to be able to quickly identify, report and correct gaps in the business operations. You will also have to deal with clients relationship, participating to strategic meetings. Strategic Planning: You will be responsible to build the quarterly strategic planning of your unit and proritize mid/long-term initiatives to always improve the efficiency of your unit. You will also coordinate the implementation of the plan and be interface with others collaborating teams inside Revelo (Product, Tech, Sales, Marketing, HR, etc.). You will also keep our processes up-to-date and suggest adaptations and continuous improvements. Team Management: Last but not least, you will maintain your team engaged and performing. You will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, training, feedbacks and professional development of the members of your team. You will look at individual KPIs and ensure that all your team members are fully set up to work in the more efficient and happy ways. You will a be great fit if you have some of the following skills - Tech Recruiting: You have experience in 360-recruiting (hunting, sourcing, screening, staffing) and already worked with Tech positions Team Leader: You already led a team and have experience of how to make the best of your team members - Strategic: You like to plan your actions and to have a vision of how your actions can impact Revelo's business goals. - Analytical: You can leverage Revelo’s wealth of data to make data-driven recommendations on project priorities, budget allocations, and defining and driving metrics for success - Program manager: You can successfully launch and operate high-quality programs with multiple stakeholders and moving parts
